Sam Gelband is starting over while trying not to leave anything behind. In a departure from his project Mr. Sam & The People People, the Seattle raised, New Orleans based songwriter has taken a softer, more honest approach. A recent collaborator with Bella White, Dean Johnson & The Sons of Rainier, Gelband has learned to turn his focus toward the song itself. With his upcoming album “That’s All,” Sam Gelband demonstrates a thoughtful and stark lyrical edge while providing a timeless melodic sensibility.
